    • According to different testing standards, the equipment is divided into two types: gas type and fuel type. The gas type (meeting GB 38031 and ECE R100) uses liquefied petroleum gas and the flowmeter precisely controls the fuel; the fuel type (suitable for UL and older standards) uses aviation kerosene or gasoline.
    • This is the core testing process of GB 38031 and other battery safety standards:
      Direct fire test: The flame directly burns the battery.
      Indirect fire test: The flame is isolated from the battery by means of a fireproof cover plate.

      The equipment is equipped with automatic sliding rails and lifting mechanisms. It can automatically complete the movement of the cover plate or the replacement of the burner according to the preset time in the software. The entire process does not require manual operation.
    • (1) Installation space: Independent explosion-proof laboratory, standard equipped with explosion-proof features.
      (2) Ventilation system: High-temperature exhaust fan + exhaust gas filtration.
      (3) Gas supply: Standard gas station, dedicated pipelines and leakage monitoring.
      (4) Safety distance: Control cabinet and main unit are isolated by ≥ 10 meters to protect operators.
    • Yes. The standard test room size is W2000 × D3000 × H1000mm, and the mobile rack is W2200 × D3200mm. Both can be customized based on the specific dimensions and weight of the battery pack under test. The oil pan configuration can also be adjusted accordingly to match the battery size.
    • Two optional fire extinguishing methods are available:
      1. Battery pack fire sprinkler system: Includes water spray nozzles, solenoid valves, and remote control for rapid suppression.
      2. Automatic lifting and immersion system: The battery pack is automatically submerged into a waterproof water tank for fire extinguishing. Note: a pit must be excavated on-site to accommodate the water tank.
    • The TA-WBHS is equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system, including: overload protection, leakage protection device, limit switches, a safety emergency stop switch, and a three-color light alarm indicator. Additional features include gas leakage monitoring with automatic gas source cut-off, and an explosion-proof pressure relief design to ensure operator safety throughout the testing process.
