To meet the global multi-regional deployment requirements of Meta (formerly Facebook)'s Quest series VR products, Taian Test undertook a comprehensive project for environmental reliability and usage safety simulation tests. Relying on a physical laboratory and a digital simulation system, it built a standardized testing chain in accordance with IEC and FCC international standards. It conducted a full set of verifications from five dimensions: natural environment tolerance, mechanical durability, electrical safety, human protection, and software boundaries. This allowed for the early elimination of equipment hazards and ensured the stable and safe use of the products in home, outdoor, and complex electromagnetic scenarios, adapting to different climates and usage habits around the world.
