FAQ
-
1.Why choose a double-layer structure instead of two separate single-layer test chambers?
The core advantage is that it significantly saves space. With the same floor area of the laboratory, the double-layer design provides twice the number of test stations, making it highly suitable for research and development centers or third-party testing laboratories with limited space. Moreover, the overall procurement cost of the double-layer design is usually lower than that of purchasing two separate devices. -
2.Can the upper layer and the lower layer run different test programs simultaneously?
Yes, completely independent. Each floor is equipped with its own control system, refrigeration system and circulation system. You can conduct high-temperature tests on the upper floor at +150℃, while the lower floor can undergo low-temperature tests at -70℃, and the two processes will not interfere with each other. -
3.Will there be any heat interference between the two layers of the box?
We have adopted a thickened high-density insulation layer and a patented break-joint structure design between the two layers of the box. This physical barrier ensures that the high temperature in the upper layer does not transfer to the lower layer, guaranteeing the uniformity and temperature control accuracy of each layer of the box, and meeting international testing standards.
