Air-cooled: Suitable for small and medium-sized thrust equipment with a capacity of 60kN or less. It is easy to maintain and cost-effective, but the fan operation will generate certain noise.
Water-cooled: Suitable for large thrust equipment with a capacity above 60kN or for scenarios with strict environmental temperature control requirements. It has efficient cooling and quiet operation, but it requires a cooling device and the maintenance is slightly more complex. -
For medium and small-sized vibration tables, air spring vibration isolation bases are generally standard equipment, and the requirements for the installation foundation are not very high.
For large-sized vibration tables (with a thrust greater than 100kN), special independent concrete foundations are usually required to be poured to prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the building structure and interfering with the normal operation of surrounding precision equipment. -
This system is equipped with multiple levels of security protection:
1. Controller: It adopts closed-loop control and will automatically shut down immediately when there is an abnormal fluctuation in parameters.
2. Power amplifier module: It has overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions.
3. Mechanical structure: It is equipped with physical limit switches to prevent the moving coil from colliding up and down. -

Yes. The system supports both vertical and horizontal testing through an optional Vertical/Horizontal Switching System. This includes a marble base and a static pressure guide rail horizontal slide table (Model: GT400M), allowing seamless switching between test orientations without requiring separate equipment.

The vibration generator (Model: L315M) supports a maximum load of 120kg in the vertical direction. The horizontal sliding table (Model: GT400M) supports a maximum load of 150kg. For oversized specimens, an optional extension table is available to accommodate larger test objects while maintaining system performance and accuracy.
