FAQ
-
1. How can I determine whether I need an "air-cooled" or "water-cooled" vibration table? +Air-cooled: Suitable for small and medium-sized thrust equipment with a capacity of 60kN or less. It is easy to maintain and cost-effective, but the fan operation will generate certain noise.
Water-cooled: Suitable for large thrust equipment with a capacity above 60kN or for scenarios with strict environmental temperature control requirements. It has efficient cooling and quiet operation, but it requires a cooling device and the maintenance is slightly more complex. -
2. What are the specific requirements for the laboratory floor when installing a vibration table? +For medium and small-sized vibration tables, air spring vibration isolation bases are generally standard equipment, and the requirements for the installation foundation are not very high.
For large-sized vibration tables (with a thrust greater than 100kN), special independent concrete foundations are usually required to be poured to prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the building structure and interfering with the normal operation of surrounding precision equipment. -
3. How can I protect my specimen from accidental damage? +This system is equipped with multiple levels of security protection:
1. Controller: It adopts closed-loop control and will automatically shut down immediately when there is an abnormal fluctuation in parameters.
2. Power amplifier module: It has overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions.
3. Mechanical structure: It is equipped with physical limit switches to prevent the moving coil from colliding up and down. -
4. What testing standards does this vibration table comply with? +This vibration table complies with internationally recognized standards including IEC 60068 (environmental testing), ISTA (packaging and transport simulation), MIL-STD-810 (military equipment durability), and ISO 16750 (road vehicle electrical and electronic equipment). These certifications ensure the system meets global testing requirements across industries.
-
5. Can the vibration table be used for both vertical and horizontal testing? +Yes. The system supports both vertical and horizontal testing configurations. A vertical/horizontal switching system is available as an optional accessory, which includes a marble base and a static pressure guide rail horizontal slide table, enabling seamless transition between test orientations.
-
6. What types of vibration test modes does the vibration controller support? +The optional vibration controller supports a wide range of testing modes including sinusoidal sweep, random vibration, shock/impact testing, and road spectrum simulation. It features an intuitive visual software interface, making it suitable for both standard laboratory environments and complex multi-axis test applications.
