    FAQ

    • 1.What types of fuel does the external burner support? Is it LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) or aviation fuel?

      According to different testing standards, the equipment is divided into two types: gas type and fuel type. The gas type (meeting GB 38031 and ECE R100) uses liquefied petroleum gas and the flowmeter precisely controls the fuel; the fuel type (suitable for UL and older standards) uses aviation kerosene or gasoline.
    • 2.What are "direct burning" and "indirect burning"? How is the equipment switched?

      This is the core testing process of the GB 38031 and other battery safety standards:
      Direct fire test: The flame directly burns the battery;
      Indirect fire test: The flame is isolated from the battery by means of a fireproof cover plate.
      The equipment is equipped with automatic sliding rails and lifting mechanisms. It can automatically complete the movement of the cover plate or the replacement of the burner according to the preset time in the software. The entire process does not require manual operation.
    • 3.What are the specific requirements for the installation of an external fire heater in the venue?

      (1) Installation space: Independent explosion-proof laboratory. Standard equipped with explosion-proof.
      (2) ventilation system: High-temperature exhaust fan + exhaust gas filtration.
      (3) Gas supply: Standard gas station, dedicated pipelines and leakage monitoring.
      (4) Safety distance: Control cabinet and main unit are isolated by ≥ 10 meters to protect operators.
