    • 1. What should be done if the contactor gets "stuck" and the current cannot be cut off?
      This is a common safety hazard existing in the high current test. To address this, the equipment adopts a dual physical disconnection protection mechanism: in addition to the main contactor, an emergency safety air switch or physical fuse device is also configured; in case of abnormal conditions, forced power-off can be achieved through the secondary circuit, effectively avoiding the risk of fire caused by continuous overheating.
    • 2. How does the equipment capture the instantaneous peak value of short-circuit current?
      The current during a short circuit changes extremely rapidly (at the millisecond level). Therefore, the equipment adopts a high sampling rate data acquisition module (100kHz and above) combined with high-precision current sensors (such as Rogowski coils, high-frequency shunts, etc.), which can completely capture and record the instantaneous current waveform, ensuring the authenticity and completeness of the test data.
