1.Why use pure water or distilled water?
The impurities present in tap water can easily form scale, causing blockages in the humidification pipeline and reducing the accuracy of the humidity sensor's detection. -
2.How often should the humidity sensor wick be replaced?
Based on the water quality and usage frequency, it is recommended to replace it every 3 months. This device comes with a box of replacement parts as a standard. -
3.Can the equipment undergo a stability test lasting for 30 days or even longer?
OK. The equipment is equipped with automatic water replenishment function in case of water shortage and multiple protection functions against overheating. It can support long-term continuous operation without human intervention.
