Control mode |
Temperature control is achieved through PID microcomputer automatic calculation of PV/SV and simultaneous display. The desired temperature can be freely set according to personal preferences within the allowable temperature range of the machine, and the accuracy of temperature control can be ensured through PID parameter settings in the table. The appropriate temperature control parameters can also be calculated by the system carried in the table itself |

FAQ
-
1.What are the differences between a high-temperature aging test chamber and a regular industrial drying oven?
The main differences lie in temperature uniformity and design goals. Ordinary ovens are mainly used for moisture drying and have relatively low requirements for temperature differences in space; while aging test chambers are specifically used for reliability testing and require extremely high temperature uniformity (within ±2℃) and long-term operational stability to ensure that samples at every position in the test chamber are heated uniformly. Additionally, aging chambers usually have stronger capabilities for long-term continuous operation. -
2.How is the uniformity of temperature ensured?
We adopt a powerful multi-blade air supply and circulation system, combined with carefully designed internal air deflectors, to ensure that hot air is forcibly circulated within the box. In conjunction with a microcomputer PID temperature controller, it can adjust the heating power in real time according to the heat loss in the box, thereby ensuring that the temperature at all points inside the box is highly uniform. -
3.If there is a situation of overheating, what safety protections will the equipment have?
It is equipped with independent triple over-temperature protection: 1. The controller has an internal over-temperature alarm. 2. An independent mechanical over-temperature protector (with manual reset function). 3. The circuit system is equipped with an earth leakage circuit breaker and motor overload protection. Once the set warning temperature is exceeded, the system will automatically cut off the heating power supply and issue an audible and visual alarm.
