Recently, Taian Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. officially launched its new-generation TA-YWJH-50000m³ Battery Combustion Smoke and Gas Purification System. Designed for the comprehensive treatment of organic waste gases, inorganic waste gases, and black smoke particles generated during power battery testing and combustion processes, this system features high-efficiency purification, intelligent control, and stable operation, complying with national and local environmental emission standards.

Core Process and Technological Innovation

The system adopts a combined process of cyclone dust removal + pulse bag dust removal + alkaline spray neutralization + mist drying + activated carbon adsorption, enabling simultaneous and efficient treatment of acidic waste gas, organic waste gas (non-methane hydrocarbons), and black smoke. Among these, the pulse bag dust remover, equipped with a lime powder injection device, effectively addresses the issue of black smoke adhesion, achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99%. The alkaline spray tower utilizes an automatic PH control system to ensure continuous and efficient neutralization reactions. The activated carbon adsorption box uses high-efficiency activated carbon with an iodine value ≥650mg/g, significantly extending its service life.

Intelligent Control and Energy-Saving Operation

The system integrates PLC intelligent control, an HMI touch screen, and electrical components from brands like ABB/Siemens. It supports functions such as fan frequency conversion regulation, pipeline constant pressure control, and automatic chemical dosing, enabling fully automated operation. Under a daily operation of 2 hours, the activated carbon replacement cycle can reach approximately 9 months, resulting in low operating costs and significant energy-saving effects.
