Our equipment offers an all-in-one solution. By quickly changing the fixtures, two functions can be achieved at the same workstation, thus saving laboratory space.

The system adopts closed-loop servo control, with a speed fluctuation rate lower than ±1%, meeting the strict requirements in the standards for extremely slow needle insertion (such as 0.1mm/s).

The needle is made of high-strength tungsten steel and is equipped with a precise guiding sleeve structure, ensuring a high degree of verticality and extremely small deviation. Even when puncturing high-energy-density hard-shell batteries, it can do so stably and smoothly.
