❓ Frequently Asked Questions
-
Three-box type (static structure): The sample remains fixed and is switched by air duct valves to introduce high-temperature or low-temperature gases into the test area. It has a constant temperature buffer zone, making it more suitable for large-sized, heavy-weight products and live online testing. The wiring arrangement is more convenient.
Two-box type (basket structure): The samples are placed in the basket, and the basket moves rapidly between the high and low temperature chambers to achieve temperature shock. The temperature switching speed is extremely fast, meeting strict testing requirements such as military standards. -
Ground: The surface should be solid and level, capable of bearing the weight of the equipment (for large equipment, it can reach 1 to 2 tons).
Space: A distance of 60–100 cm should be reserved around the equipment for heat dissipation and maintenance operations.
Ventilation: The environment should be well-ventilated. It is recommended that the environmental temperature be within 5℃ to 30℃ to avoid a decrease in cooling efficiency or high-pressure alarms. -
Air-cooled: Installation is simple; just connect power and it can be used. It is suitable for small equipment or laboratories with low ambient temperatures.
Water-cooled: It has higher heat dissipation efficiency and is not limited by ambient temperature. It is suitable for high-power equipment and enclosed spaces, but it requires a cooling water tower and pipeline layout. -
Triple-chamber thermal shock testing machines are generally designed to cover a wide temperature range, typically from -65℃ to +150℃ (or higher), to simulate extreme environmental conditions. The exact range may vary based on final configuration. Please contact us for detailed specifications tailored to your application.
-
Yes. According to the requirements of the user, various non-standard designs can be undertaken. This includes custom chamber sizes, temperature ranges, communication interfaces, and integration with laboratory management systems. Please provide your specific requirements for a tailored solution.
