    • 2.How does the chamber maintain stability if my test specimen generates significant heat?

      This is a critical factor in AI server and EV battery testing. Our systems are engineered with High-Capacity Refrigeration Units and advanced PID control logic to compensate for "active heat loads." During the technical consultation, we calculate your specimen's maximum wattage (e.g., 5kW, 10kW+) to ensure the cooling system is sized correctly to maintain your target temperature even when the product is running at full power.
    • 3.What safety features are in place to protect personnel working inside the chamber?

      Safety is our top priority. All our walk-in chambers are equipped with an Internal Emergency Release Handle (glow-in-the-dark) that allows personnel to exit even if the door is locked from the outside. Additionally, we install Emergency Stop buttons inside the chamber, an Internal Lighting system, and audio-visual alarms to alert outside operators in case of an incident. For high-risk testing, oxygen sensors and view-windows are also available.
